Most items are made to order and ship via LTL Freight. Some items may ship common carrier (UPS or FedEx) at our discretion.

RETURN POLICY

Most items are custom made or made to order and are therefore non-returnable. Items that are regular stock items are returnable within 15 days of receipt of shipment as long as it is in its original condition. A full refund for the merchandise portion of the order will be issued for items meeting this condition. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Before order enters production, it is subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Once order is in production, it may not be cancelled.

STORAGE FEE POLICY

Orders cannot be released for shipment until receipt of the final balance. Any orders that remain at our distribution center for more than one week will be transferred to a long-term storage facility at the start of the second week. Depending on the order size, a $250-$500 transfer fee will be applied, and 1% of the order total will be charged per week of storage to the outstanding balance.
